Positive Neuroplasticity workshop

Most of us spend our lives chasing after fleeting moments of happiness believing it depends on external factors.
We are led to believe that happiness is the absence of negative emotions, that success fuels happiness and that there is a formula for happiness.

All of this is making us anxious and overwhelmed. We overachieve and overextend ourselves, but we don’t feel any happier. Instead, our frustration grows. In fact, we find more suffering than happiness.

A very wise Buddhist monk Ajahn Chah once said: “Happiness and suffering don’t depend on being rich or poor, they depend on having the right or wrong understanding of mind.”

The good news is that we can learn to understand our mind and find reliable sources of happiness inside.

During this 6-hour experiential workshop, I’ll show you mindfulness techniques, which directly de-condition habitual behaviors, allow us to reconnect with ourselves and positive energy that makes life more joyful.

You’ll learn how to:
